Project entitled Numerical Validation and MADM Optimization of Various Geometries of MEMS Devices, guided by Mr. V. B. Sawant, based on optimization of micro-beam geometries for RF Switch and Digital Micromirror to get a geometry with minimum actuation voltage using MADM Techniques TOPSIS and VIKOR for selection of preferred geometries and force v/s actuation voltage analysis.
